Privacy Policy

1. Overview

LabsDeals Analytics Hub ("the Service", "we", "us") is an internal operations portal operated by LabsDeals for the sole purpose of aggregating advertising performance data across our own Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and other marketing accounts. This Privacy Policy explains what information we access, how we use it, and how we protect it. The Service is not offered to the general public and does not collect data from end consumers.

2. Information We Access

When authorized employees sign in, the Service may access:

• Authentication identifiers (enterprise email address, OAuth tokens) used solely to authenticate the user with Google or Meta.
• Advertising performance metrics from accounts we own and operate (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, ROAS, CPA).
• Campaign, ad set, ad, creative, and audience metadata from our own ad accounts.
• Read-only account structure information (account names, currency, time zone).

We do not access personally identifiable information of end customers, contact lists, or any data belonging to accounts we do not own.

3. How We Use the Information

• Aggregate daily/weekly performance across multiple ad accounts into internal dashboards.
• Trigger threshold-based alerts (e.g. ROAS below target, CPA above target) to internal stakeholders.
• Generate internal weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Support manual review and optimization decisions by our marketing team.

We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer any data accessed via Google or Meta APIs to any third party. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or training generalized AI/ML models.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We use Google user data only to provide and improve the internal features described in this policy.
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger/acquisition with equivalent protections.
• We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have explicit consent from the operating user, it is necessary for security purposes, to comply with law, or our use is limited to internal operations and the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

5. Meta Platform Data

Data obtained via the Meta Marketing API and Meta Graph API is used solely to read performance data from ad accounts we own. We comply with the Meta Platform Terms and the Meta Developer Policies. We do not retrieve user-level data, custom audiences, or any data outside the ad accounts under our administrative control.

6. Data Storage and Retention

• OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on our own servers and are never exposed to the browser.
• Performance metrics are cached locally for up to 90 days to reduce repeat API calls; aggregated reports may be retained longer for historical comparison.
• All data is stored on infrastructure we control, with access restricted to authorized engineering and marketing personnel.

7. Data Security

The Service is protected by HTTPS in transit, encrypted secrets at rest, JWT-based session authentication, and IP/role-based access controls. OAuth refresh tokens are never written to logs.

8. Data Deletion and User Rights

Authorized users may revoke our access to their Google or Meta account at any time via their respective account security pages (Google Account Permissions, Meta Business Integrations). To request deletion of any data we hold, please email reviews@labsdeals.com; we will remove the corresponding records within 30 days.

9. Children

The Service is an internal business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
