1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LabsDeals Analytics Hub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided exclusively to authorized employees and contractors of LabsDeals for internal advertising operations.

2. Authorized Use

• Access is restricted to personnel with a valid enterprise account.
• You may only use the Service to read and aggregate data from advertising accounts that you are authorized to administer on behalf of LabsDeals.
• You may not share credentials, reverse engineer the Service, or attempt to access data belonging to accounts you are not authorized to view.

3. Third-Party APIs

The Service integrates with third-party APIs including the Google Ads API, Google Analytics Data API, Meta Marketing API, and Meta Graph API. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective provider's terms:

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party terms.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or audit logging.
• Export data from the Service to unauthorized third parties.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or engage in advertising fraud.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and content within the Service are the property of LabsDeals and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license is granted except for the limited internal use described herein.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data displayed is free of errors arising from upstream API providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LabsDeals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising from use of the Service.

8. Termination

Access to the Service may be revoked at any time, with or without cause, including upon termination of employment or contract with LabsDeals.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
